Mindfulness Monday with a bit of "Tuesday" in it! 

We enjoyed a mindfulness meditation with Julian being in Spain by the sea!

Homework given: Write an affirmation of something you need to change for yourself and talk to your subconscious with that affirmation, write it down daily!

"I am healthy and happy" for example! Observe the changes in two weeks time and keep going!
