A Minfulness Monday includes everything and today was the day of Gratitude! The meditation that Julian guided us was felt deeply into our hearts! Full Moon may be a challenge but using gratitude help us be grounded and thankful for everything we already have and raises our vibrations for better days yet to come ❤️
