Mindfulness Monday is all about how to be mindful through the day, through everyday moments in our lives and through meditation, of course!

Julian guided us through a healing body scan to check how our body parts feel like, what emotions hold and how to just be in our bodies on a deeper level!

A 20 minute meditation that is simple yet very healing and helps us to connect with ourselves!
